PAYMENT PROCEDURE
We will make timely and high payments for fellings, in accordance with the real market situation at the time of the transaction. Falling prices tend to fluctuate depending on the sales prices of logs and their supply on the market. The costs of developing fellings are stable and predictable, but the market prices of timber tend to change quite dynamically.
We offer our clients both an immediate fixed price for felling, with payment made before the start of logging work, and payment after the timber is sold. In this case, the forest owner receives payment for the trees according to the sales amount fixed in the timber delivery notes, from which the payment for the work - sawing, delivery and transportation to the end buyer - is deducted.
