With modern tools and equipment, Oktawood is able to produce the board faster without compromising the quality of the charred wood. Carbonized wood is inherently more fire-resistant than painted, oiled, stained or untreated wood. Fire-resistance classes are often required for wood materials, especially in public buildings such as apartment buildings, schools or shopping centres. We can offer our products the highest fire-resistance class B-s1,d0. By treating it with a water-based, environmentally friendly agent that does not emit harmful particles into the environment.
