The company uses high-performance Weinig and WACO planing equipment. The fully automated WACO planing line allows for high-quality planing of large-section timber up to 100 mm thick and up to 300 mm wide. Weinig planing equipment plans timber up to 160 x 230 mm in cross-section, while Hundegger planing machines can process products up to 260 x 400 mm in cross-section. We also produce planed timber products with milled board ends, which allows products to be joined end-to-end and provides the end user with the opportunity to achieve better product utilization. In total, more than 1,000 m3 of planed timber products are produced per month.

The following groups of products are produced:

• Calibrated 35; 45; 70 and 95mm thick structural timber for construction;
• Planed terrace and flooring boards;
• Exterior and interior siding with a smooth or rough surface, 15 - 21 mm thick;
• Planed parts for the furniture industry;
• Planed products made of thermowood.

Glued wood products

The wood is glued in a cold way with two-component EPI system glue. The longitudinal connection is performed on a semi-automatic KADIS longitudinal connection line, PVA, D4 class glue is used for longitudinal connection. The gluing process is carried out strictly in accordance with technological recommendations, the process is regularly controlled by responsible technicians of the glue manufacturers.

• Glued timber is produced in a maximum length of 6 m and can be glued from continuous or lengthwise joined blanks;
• Maximum dimensions when gluing continuous workpieces 160×230 mm;
• The maximum width of the elements to be connected in length is 145 mm;
• For longitudinal joining, workpieces from 250 mm to 1100 mm long are used.

Glued wood is used in the production of windows and doors, in the furniture industry, in the production of wooden summer house siding, as well as in construction.

If necessary, we can produce construction beams longer than 6m, using milling units specially designed for longitudinal joining, which are performed on the automated HUNDEGGER construction production line. Such a unit allows the formation of construction beams of unlimited length.

Production of frame and modular houses and their structures

• We produce pre-assembled wall modules ready for quick assembly on site
• We offer a house structure assembled on a foundation prepared by the customer with or without exterior decoration.

Production of garden sheds, storage rooms and summer houses from softwood

• The storage rooms are made of 28mm thick wallboard.
• Garden houses and summer houses are made of 44mm or 70mm thick unglued wood, and 120mm glued softwood
• Arbors are also made from glued timber.

Trusses and other products

• We manufacture wooden trusses for buildings requiring lightweight structures and wide spans;
• Modular structures that we can install on a chassis base or on pontoons;
• Pontoon-mounted and other non-standard products;
• We produce wood projects of varying complexity based on drawings prepared by architects;
• We also manufacture non-standard furniture.
