UAB Senas miškas performs logging operations. The company performs all types of logging in forests – main, incidental, selective, routine, thinning and young stand development. It is managed by Vėjovartas.

Felling is carried out in accordance with the forest felling rules approved by Order No. D1-79 of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania of 27 January 2010.

All work is performed by UAB Senas miškas using its own equipment, tools, mechanisms and materials in accordance with the following requirements:

Law on Protected Areas;
Amendments to the main forest harvesting rules and their amendments;

UAB Senas miškas constantly purchases logs, pulpwood, sawn logs and firewood of various tree species.

Prices of assortments depend on the region. Individuals are subject to a 15% personal income tax (PIT) on the sale of round timber, which UAB Senas miškas undertakes to transfer to the state tax inspectorate according to the seller's place of residence.

If for some reason or circumstance you do not have time to sell the wood, we can buy it all directly from the warehouse, measure the quantities, and agree on a price acceptable to both parties. We pay for the purchased wood warehouse immediately.
